Going on vacation with your pet: you are welcome at Le Clos Licagnas
The small village of Cardet is ideally located between Anduze, Uzès and Nîmes. This contemporary holiday home, consists of a living room / stay, a fitted kitchen equipped with an American fridge (3 function dispenser), fresh water, crushed ice and ice cubes to make your best cocktails. ; 3 bedrooms including a master suite with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool, 2 bathrooms, 3 WCs, a summer kitchen, a closed garage (20m²) and parking for several vehicles on the enclosed grounds. You are calm, on the edge of a picturesque village, surrounded by vineyards. Ideally located for walks, by car or by motorbike. An internet connection (wifi) is also available.
From the shaded terrace, facing south, you have access to a secure swimming pool of +/- 8x4. The swimming pool is surrounded by a 'Provencal Style' beach from which you have a beautiful open view of the vineyards.
In the surroundings you will have the choice between the Gardon river with its magnificent gorges, the sea on the Camargue side with Les Saintes Maries de la Mer or the fiesta side with the Grau du Roi or the Grande Motte.
Close to shops and activities you will enjoy a relaxing setting while being able to practice many sporting and cultural activities (hiking, bamboo plantation, fishing, steam train from the Cévennes, etc.).

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine au clos Licagnas. La maison est très confortable, très bien aménagée et située au calme. (Les photos correspondent tout à fait à la réalité) . On se sent comme à la maison!
En ce qui concerne l'extérieur, belle terrasse située plein sud avec très jolie piscine sans vis-à-vis. Un ou deux coussins pour les chaises longues seraient un plus.
Très belle location, accueil super sympa. À recommander!

Rare de trouver une location de vacances aussi bien équipée avec tous les ustensiles.
La plancha permet de faire de belles grillades.
Béatrice est adorable et très accueillante, même avec votre animal de compagnie. Passez de belles vacances ici !

Excellente maison, très bien équipée et bien agencée.
On a adoré.
Ps: prévoyez juste ce qu'il faut pour les moustiques, toute la région est infestée de tigres (je parle du moustique)

Les propriétaires sont disponibles avant et pendant votre réservation. Tres agréables, super accueil et d'une grande gentillesse.
La maison est magnifique, aménagée avec goût, il ne manque rien. Propreté irréprochable aussi bien à l'intérieur que l'extérieur. Pas un bruit dans le lotissement. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !
