About this house rental
Welcome to our lovely 120-square-meter single-story “Bonheur côtier” cottage, decorated in a warm, contemporary style, just a short walk from the Iroise Sea in the charming village of Le Conquet. With its narrow streets, stone houses, shops, restaurants, and harbor, Le Conquet is a lively, picturesque tourist destination—come and enjoy a warm and welcoming stay without delay.
The house features a large living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining room, and a living room, where you can gather with family or friends for a cozy get-together.
In the sleeping area, separated by a sliding door, you’ll find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
- One bedroom with direct access to the terrace, a walk-in closet, a TV, and a 160 bed
- A second bedroom with a TV, a large closet, and a 160 bed
- A third bedroom with an 80-bed that converts to a 160 and a closet
- A bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, and double sinks
- A powder room with a walk-in shower and toilet
The property is enclosed by a wall and secured by a motorized gate. You can safely park 3 cars there. The large terrace is furnished with a dining table and outdoor furniture, shaded by a retractable awning. The garden is a place for relaxation and games. For example, you can try your hand at the Breton game of “palet”!
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants, downtown shops, and beaches, as well as the ferry terminal for the islands of Ouessant and Molène, the fishing port, and the GR34 hiking trail. Everything is within walking distance.
From Le Conquet, you can explore many attractions such as Pointe Saint-Mathieu, the Lighthouse Route, Fort Berthaume, museums, Océanopolis...
Brest and its airport are a 30-minute drive away.

Had a fantastic week here. The house is wonderful - beautifully presented, outdoor area is a sun trap and we were fortunate to have great weather for most of our stay. The house is ideal for walking into the village where there is everything you need. We had several meals out and thoroughly enjoyed them. The local area has lovely coastal walks, museums and inland, gardens and other villages to visit.

The house is only 200 metres from a fantastic view where you can see the sun go down over the sea. The beach is also nearby. The property itself has everything you might require for a pleasant stay. Everything was convenient and straightforward. The owner's daughter checked us in and out and was very nice.

Wir waren ca. 3 Wochen in diesem Traumhaus. Es war wirklich alles perfekt. Die Lage, die Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und es war sogar ein großer Topf vorhanden in dem wir Meeresfrüchte kochen konnten. Die Fahrräder konnten wir in einem kleinem separaten Haus auf dem Grundstück unterbringen. Die Bäder und die Küche einfach nur super.
Beatrice und Tochter Agatha waren uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr sympathisch und sehr hilfsbereit. Beatrice spricht sehr gut deutsch. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen um die wunderschöne Gegend und die Küste nochmals zu genießen. Beatrice wir wünschen Ihnen und Ihrer Familie alles Gute und vielen lieben Dank.

Très belle maison, très fonctionnelle, bien décorée et très agréable à vivre!
Quartier calme à 5 minutes à pied d’une très jolie plage et du bourg.
Béatrice et sa fille, qui nous a accueilli, sont charmantes et nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir un panier garni en cadeau de bienvenue!
