About this house rental
Welcome to Les Pèrelles, in this holiday home located in the heart of the Versililac countryside. They will offer you rest and tranquility for your holidays with a breathtaking view of the Creuse landscape.
You will be 5 km from La Souterraine, a thousand-year-old medieval town, with all the necessary local shops, as well as a cinema, aquatic center, theater. La Souterraine is served by the Paris La Souterraine railway line.
25 minutes from Guéret to discover its wolf course, its giant labyrinth and its Courtine leisure centre.
20 minutes from Lake Eguzon and its nautical base, close to the valley of painters and the villages of Crozant and Fresselines, 30 minutes from Lake Saint Pardoux and its many beaches.
The house offers a large living room of 60 m2, a pantry, a generous bathroom, three spacious bedrooms and two terraces.
To make the most of the summer, a beautiful private swimming pool is at your disposal, it is equipped with a heat pump that guarantees you a pleasant temperature from June to September and equipped with a rigid safety curtain for the protection of all.
To entertain you, a petanque court, board games and library available to all.

En dépit de la météo peu clémente de cet été, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette superbe maison.
La qualité des prestations nous a permis de passer de bons moments même pendant les phases de mauvais temps (et plus encore avec le beau temps)
