About this cottage rental
House located in the town center, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a village where you can visit its unique church, the studio of painter and sculptor Jorge Carrasco, or go swimming in the Creuse River (beach a 1 km walk away).
A swimming pool heated depending on the weather (shared with 3 other gîtes) from May to September, with a depth of 1.50 meters, a chalet (shower and toilet), open from 10 [hidden] to 9 [hidden], and a wood-heated Nordic hot tub (not open in July and August).
5 minutes away is the town of Argenton-sur-Creuse (the Green Venice of Berry) with its market, archaeological site, and shirt-making museum, and 10 minutes away is the village of Gargilesse (one of the most beautiful villages in France). The Creuse Valley (Lake Eguzon, beaches, canoes, etc.) and Brenne Natural Park will complete your stay. Beauval Zoo is 1 hour 15 minutes away. Former winemaker's house with a private enclosed garden and private parking.
On the ground floor: large 43 m² living room with kitchen, lounge, and dining area. Wood-burning stove.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 queen-size bed, 1 double bed, and 2 single beds - travel cot) - WC - shower room.
Electric heating and wood are included in the price.
Private 600 m² garden and shared 2800 m² green space with trampoline, pétanque court, and ping-pong table. Swimming pool heated depending on the weather and wood-fired hot tub.
Private terrace with pergola.
Shared laundry room with washing machine.
