About this house rental
In the heart of nature, we welcome you to our Provencal property in Aix-en-Provence, nestled in a lush green environment in the Pinchinats neighborhood, just a 5-minute drive from the city center and close to many renowned tourist sites.
You can enjoy your stay in the bastide's outbuilding, fully air-conditioned and spanning 40m², ideally suited for 2 adults and optionally 2 children (with an additional charge for the sofa bed in the living room).
The house includes a living room, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a bathroom (with a shower), a washing machine, and a separate toilet.
The bedroom features a double bed (new bedding, 160x200 cm).
You will have access to a furnished garden with a table, sun loungers, a parasol, and a plancha grill.
Free Wi-Fi is available.
Household linen is provided free of charge (sheets and towels).
The house, located near the Bastide, has private access and parking.
This is a non-smoking accommodation, and pets are not allowed.
We are 20 minutes from the TGV train station and 35 minutes from Marseille Airport.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Minimum stay of 4 nights.

We absolutely loved staying here. Hostess Nathalie has thought of everything to make her guests feel comfortable and at home. She was very available to answer questions and provide recommendations. Highly recommend this property - we will certainly return on our next trip!

This home is nestled on a hillside above the city of Aix. The owners value the nature in their care, and this surrounded us with simplicity, beauty and a chance to be in touch with our souls.
A quick trip by car landed us in the center of the old city where we could walk to museums, traditional shops , markets and fine restaurants.
Ther separate home in which we stayed had up to date appliances and bath accommodations, and the furniture was attractive and comfortable in the light filled living spaces. Wonderful small kitchen and excellent outdoor lounges under the trees. The host is very thoughtful and caring. We were satisfied that her priority was for us to have our needs met.
You will want to come here again. For me it will be a treasured memory.

Nous (mon mari et moi-même) avons passé 6 jours dans la propriété: une petite maison tout confort, parfaite pour un couple. Les environs sont calmes, en pleine campagne, mais à seulement 5 min du centre d'Aix en voiture.
La maison est indépendante et a un espace jardin idyllique. Elle a sa propre entrée et nous avons disposé d'une place de parking. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et, habitant la maison voisine (mais sans vis-à-vis gênants) soucieux de répondre à nos demandes lors de notre séjour.
Nous recommandons absolument ces hôtes chaleureux et cette maison confortable entourée de verdure.
