Calm and bright, completely redone in January 2017.
On the 3rd and last floor of a small residence designed in 1950 by Fernand Pouillon. This apartment is typical of F. constructions. Pouillon and offers surprising volumes with arches of 5 meters from the ground.
Equipped kitchen, household linen provided (sheets, towels). Available coffee, tea, chocolate, jams ... for breakfast and for meals, season .....
Equipped with Bouygues Fiber
Bedding changed spring 2017.
Private parking in the residence.
The geographic location allows you to walk around the city center (shops, restaurants, cinema ...)
Served by Bus lines via Aix TGV.
Minimum booking = 2 nights.

This apartment is in a perfect location. It was even better than the pictures show, and the host obviously focuses on keeping it very clean. Would definitely recommend and return.

Loved everything about this apartment. It was very homey and our host was fantastic. When we had some issues that affected our trip, our host was very flexible and helped us out. Can't say enough about our stay. Wonderful.

Dieses Apartement ist komplett übermöbeliert und alle Schränke so vollgestopft mit den persönlichen Sachen der Eigentümerin, dass kein noch so kleiner Platz für die Sachen der Gäste bleibt. Max. für 2 Pers. geeignet. Rätselhaft, wo im Wohnzimmer weitere zwei Pers. schlafen sollten ...
Von der Gastgeberin außer einer kurzen SMS nichts zu hören oder zu sehen, Gastfreundschaft geht anders.
Auf dem Tisch findet man schriftlich die Aufforderung, beim Verlassen das Bad zu putzen, da ja keine Endreinigungsgebühr erhoben wird. Das sollte man vor der Buchung wissen.
Lage zur Altstadt ist gut.
