propreté générale y compris la cage d'escalier ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans des vieux immeubles; clarté, décoration au (bon) goût du jour; proximité du centre et calme en même temps.

Nur wenige Gehminuten von den zentralen Plätzen der Innenstadt gelegene, mit viel Liebe individuell gestaltete, schöne kleine Ferienwohnung. Alles neu, top sauber, funktional und mit Wohlfühlen-Atmosphäre. Sehr sympathische und freundliche Vermieter. Zwei steile Treppen sind allerdings zu überwinden, und für stark übergewichtige Personen ist das Bad zu eng.

L’appartement est sympa mais il n’y a pas de climatisation. Il fait trop chaud à Aix-en-Provence et pourtant il faut dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes. Mais à cause de ça il est difficile de bien dormir, car les voisins font de brouille toute la journée et toute la nuit et il y a trop de moustiques. C’est vraiment dommage, parce-que les propriétaires sont très aimables et l’appartement a été récemment rénové.
