Cosy 90m2 apartment in Paris 12, modern and well-equipped

Zelia's place was ideal for our visit. She was helpful and responsive whenever we had questions. We enjoyed the farmers' market at the foot of the building and the proximity to the Bois de Vincennes where you can rest from the Parisian buzz. The apartment is actually very quiet, and well appointed. The 2 former train paths "petite ceinture" and "promenade plantée" connect nearby and provide an alternative substantial walking experience. We were delighted to stay there.

Zelia is a wonderful host. Her apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. There are 2 subway stations near the house, 3 supermarkets and 4 boulangeries. There is a market twice a week near her place. There is a nice garden around the building. We highly recommend her place.

Our group had a wheelchair user, which made finding accommodations in Paris more difficult, but this flat and the lift to the 2nd floor were perfect! The apartment has a secure entry, it’s own manager (who speaks no English - but is technologically savvy to still help), a little greenway entrance, and then another secure door. It is technically a 2 bedroom flat — as the 3rd bedroom is a pullout couch with a privacy curtain — so be aware of the lack of full privacy for that 3rd room. Would be great for a family with kids, as there’s a crib and toys and plenty of room. The kitchen was nice and the table was roomy - we were able to cook some nice dinners. The fridge has a little bit of a smell to it — so we found some baking soda to put into the fridge. But it was still livable. Having a dishwasher and also laundry in the unit is SO nice. Be aware that the only shower is in the laundry room — but that actually worked well for our group as someone could use the bathroom / get ready, while someone else showered. I would definitely stay here again — and maybe I will the next time I’m in Paris!
