Maison du Four

Beautiful home in a very quiet, quaint neighborhood of stone houses near Gordes. Gated entry into the property with parking for two cars if needed. Very nice and private outdoor area with 4 chaise lounges to relax on, and a nice outdoor dining area beside the swimming pool. The main level opened into a large open space with two couches and a dining table, a nicely appointed kitchen, bathroom (toilet and sink), and laundry room with washer and dryer. Four bedrooms upstairs, and shared bathroom in the hall with toilet and sink. The master bedroom was very nice, with comfortable king sized bed, and two steps down to a bathroom with claw foot tub, large walk in shower, and vanity with dual sinks. The second bedroom included a comfortable queen size bed, and a bathroom down the hall also with claw foot tub, walk-in shower and dual sink vanity. We didn’t use the other two bedrooms as our party was two couples. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, but did feel the home was not properly described on the booking site. Bathroom 1 was listed as tub, toilet, shower, while bathroom 2 listed toilet and shower. This was not accurate for either bathroom, and was not what we had anticipated. It would be helpful if the description included a schematic of the villa’s interior so that one could view the actual setup of the bathrooms and bedrooms.

Our stay at the property was amazing ! Beautiful house ! Fig and Olive trees and a great pool to cool off in!
