About this apartment rental
Be our guests and make yourselves completely at home. Enjoy your vacation in a recently (July 2022) renovated 120-square-meter apartment (on the 1st floor) with two bedrooms, a living room, a modern kitchen, and a bathroom (the second bathroom—with a toilet and sink—is available only upon request and is located outside the apartment!), two balconies, and access to the large garden (shared use).
The apartment features a waterbed (200x220 cm) with two individually adjustable temperature zones, a box-spring bed (180x200 cm), a bunk bed (90x200 cm), and a sleeper sofa (160x200 cm).
Also available are a sauna and fitness area (all standard equipment, treadmill, and cross-trainer) in the basement, as well as an outdoor hot tub and a play structure with a swing and a large sandbox for the little ones in the garden (also for shared use). Since mid-March, there has been a large floor-level trampoline with a diameter of 4.50 m.
There’s also a Rösle gas grill (with 4 burners, a backburner, and a 900-degree zone) down by the pool and an Enders gas grill (3 burners and a 900-degree zone) on your balcony.
If you have an electric car, you can charge it at our charging stations (2.3–22 kW) at the standard electricity rate.
It takes about 25 minutes by train and about 20–30 minutes by car to get to Hamburg Central Station.
You’re welcome to add towels and/or bed linens to your booking for a small fee. Just let us know a few days before your arrival.
The security deposit is €500 and can be paid via advance bank transfer, in cash, or by credit card on the day of arrival.
If you have any questions, feel free to write to us :-)
We look forward to seeing you!

Very nice place, had everything you need for a good relaxing days. We where very impressed by Julia & Sebastians accommodation. They were always fast to reply, and made sure we had every thing we needed. We can only recommend staying here.

Julia ans Basti deliver a wonderful stay in such a beautiful home. So many thoughtful touches (welcome water, cooking oil, coffee, well stocked towels and paper) that made our stay beyond expectation. Our children enjoyed Netflix, and all the spacious rooms !
Her location is just 25 minutes from
City centre and we really enjoyed buying groceries from Edeka just a few minutes away.
Not uncommon in Germany, but their home did not have AC or a laundry facility, but we did fine. We kept a window with screen open at night (lots of birds chirping ) and found a waschen in the next town of our journey).
Overall, a beautiful stay that we would recommend for families especially. We would return most definitely.
Thank you again!

We had a great stay. The apartment is beautiful and has been designed and equipped with love. The sauna and Whirlpool are amazing and made for a great winter weekend. We felt very welcome and Basti even gave us a ride to the bakery in the next village when we found ourselves without a car and with the only bakery within walking distance closed. The hosts are super friendly and help out their guests where they can. Hopefully we can come back but we will certainly remember our stay in this apartment, I can only recommend coming here.

Good apartment on the second floor of the house. All was clean. Basti was hospitality. At the one of a bedroom was water mattress, as for me it’s not comfortable.
