Amenities include an underground parking space and an elevator that takes you directly from there to your vacation apartment.
The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.
The small balcony faces the sea, while the large balcony, with its excellent southwest-facing location, is perfect for cozy summer evenings.
Directly across from the apartment lies the beautifully landscaped spa park, and just behind it is the well-maintained beach of the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
