The apartment has many amenities, such as free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and extensive kitchen and bathroom equipment. Guests can also benefit from a private balcony with garden furniture overlooking the city. Those travelling by car can park for free on a private parking spot in the underground parking lot in the building.
