The building is relatively new and in the nice neighborhood / area. It is close to metro / public transportation. The apartment itself is just ok.

It was supper difficult to find the building, the number of the building was not clearly indicated in the reservation. It took us half an hour to find the entrance. We called the owners/host and even with their instructions, it was difficult to find. They explained that there was a video with the explanations, but coming from another country, we did not have internet access on a first day, so the video was not helpful. It would be useful if the building number was clearly indicated in the booking instruction. Another thing was that the windows on the apartment were not of a good quality and were not able to limit (at least) the noise coming from trains, just next to the building. Trains are passing by every few minutes, making it very difficult to sleep. The third and very irritating thing was the flickering light in the bathroom. I saw the comment about that light prior to booking the apartment, but I was guessing that the issue was resolved long time ago, since it was an old comment, but the situation was still the same. It is super annoying. Also, somebody kept ringing the door bell, every single day, I think that neighbors are ringing any ring in order to enter the building.
