Bardzo fajny apartament na osiedlu z niską zabudową. Wszędzie blisko, sklepy spożywcze, restauracje "rzut beretem". Bardzo czysto, pełne wyposażenie, super umeblowany ogródek. Bardzo jasno objaśniona kwestia wejścia do budynku, kody etc...Nie ma się do czego przyczepić:)

Die Wohnung ist in einer perfekten Lage, drumherum ist alles was das Herz begehrt, Cafés, Restaurants, zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spa und und und. Die Community ist sehr groß und extrem sauber, sehr gepflegt und herrlich grün.

Die Nachbarn sind super zickig gewesen, Haustiere sind zwar erlaubt aber anscheinend nur wenn sie keine Geräusche von sich geben, ansonsten beschweren sich die Nachbar umgehend. Der Rasen im Garten ist leider Kunstrasen, blöd für die Haustiere. Die Community ist riesig, man braucht einen Moment um sich zurecht zu finden, der Parkplatz ist schwer zu finden in der TG, draußen gibt es kaum Parkplätze. Unsere Socken waren schwarz, weiß nicht wann das letzte Mal dort richtig gewischt wurde…

Apartament bardzo przyjemny, co dla nas bardzo wazne jest tam cudownie cicho dizeki czemu po calym dniu wrazen mozna odpoczac. Wszystko co potrzebne znajduje sie w apartamencie. Blogoslawienstwo za klimatyzacje - przy upalach daje wytchnienie (przy okazji - pilot do klimatyzacji domaga sie wymiany bateri). Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Duzy plus za latwo dostepne miejsce parkingowe.

Maly minus za maly wybor programow tv. Nie jest to jakas wielka wada ale fajnie bylo by odmóżdżyć się majac troche wiekszy wybor. I mala sugestia - majac taki piekny taras do dyspozycji, az prosi sie o jakis lezak.

The district is good. There are a lot of small shops, cafes and bakeries. Internet is good. I had no problems working from the apartment. Bed is ok. It's warm enough in the apartment.

The apartment was dirty. Before us there lived somebody with a dog. And it's fur was all over the sofa. We had to clean it ourselves and we still found the fur from time to time. Besides this the sofa is covered with stains. My wife refused to sit on it before we covered it with a blanket. Overall condition of the flat leaves much to be desired: there are scratches and marks all over the walls. When we arrived we spent several hours getting keys from the parking. They were supposed to be in a flat. But it turned out that they were in the mailbox from which we didn't have keys. The issue was solved but it took too much time.
