A vacation on Borkum is pure relaxation! In our vacation rental with a south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun, the beach, and the fresh North Sea air!
The Borkum vacation rental features a living room, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.
You can already see the North Sea from the balcony while you’re having breakfast! That gets you in the mood for your day of vacation: sunbathing on the beach, bike rides across the island, or a trip to the lively town center—plenty of relaxing activities await you on Borkum! Thanks to its south-facing orientation, the balcony guarantees wonderfully relaxing hours in the sun. It’s furnished with two chairs and a folding table.
The separate bedroom in the Borkum vacation rental is equipped with a bunk bed and a spacious closet and is often used as a children’s bedroom. Sleeping arrangements for two additional guests are provided by the sleeping area in the living room. Here you’ll find a comfortable fold-out bed that can be separated from the living room by a curtain.
The living room also features a dining area and a cozy sofa corner. With modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system (radio, CD, Bluetooth interface for playing music from a smartphone, and USB port), you can really make yourself at home. Board games are available for game nights with friends.
The kitchenette is equipped with, among other things, a 4-burner stove with oven, a refrigerator, and various small appliances (coffee maker, egg boiler, electric kettle, toaster). Salt, pepper, and a few other basic spices, as well as dishes, silverware, pots, pans, a corkscrew, etc., are also provided.
The bathroom in the vacation rental features a sink, a toilet, and a shower. The bathroom also includes a mirror cabinet and a towel warmer. A hair dryer is located in the wall cabinet and is available for your use.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the Borkum vacation rental—of course, at no charge.
Notes: In the storage room, you’ll find common cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, and a beach net (behind the vacuum cleaner). A clothes dryer is also available. Please understand that smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Pets are not allowed.

Empfehlenswert, top Lage mit seitlichen Meerblick für einen guten Preis direkt am strand. Wem ein Tennisplatz direkt am Balkon nicht stört und es nicht unbedingt alles neu sein muss,der kein Allergiker ist. dem empfehle ich diese Wohnung

Als Erstes wären dringend in der Corona Zeit Handdesinfektionsmöglichkeiten an beiden Ein- Ausgängen anzuschaffen!! So viele Türen sind zu betätigen und keine Möglichkeit der Desinfektion!!
Das die Fewo Nr. 7 bereits in die Jahre gekommen ist, wurde schon berichtet... das Schrankbett klemmt, die Matratze weist "Schlafkuhlen" auf... das Bad ist nur schlecht beleuchtet, am (alten) Spiegelschrank war eine Leuchte defekt, der Backofen in der Küche war nicht gesäubert und stank bei Inbetriebnahme, die Ausstattung ist sehr schlecht, alte Töpfe und 1 alte Pfamne mit defekter Tefflonbeschichtung, keine Schere, kein Brotmesser, kein Abtropfgestell für das Geschirr... für Selbstversorger ist die Ausstattung eher mangelhaft...in der Beschreibung genannte Basisgewürze (Peffer, Salz etc.) waren nicht vorhanden... Ess- und Kaffeegeschirr ok, Gläser für alle Getränkearten sind reichlich vorhanden!! Die in der Beschreibung genannten Gesellschaftsspiele suchten wir vergebens... leider war es auch nicht sehr sauber, an der Fensterscheibe klebten noch die toten Mücken der Vorgänger, in der Fensterbankritze lagen weitere tote Insekten... der Einhängetisch auf dem Balkon ist ein Witz, die Aufhängung total verrostet...das WLAN PW (auf einer einlaminierten Karte) war nicht aktuell... positiv ist die Lage der Fewo und der Südbalkon mit seitlichem Meerblick!! Die Sitzmöbel im Wohnbereich sind ok, TV und Musikanlage funktionieren gut... für 2 Personen ist ausreichend Platz, zu Viert wird's sicherlich eng... positiv war die kleine Flasche Grauburgunder zum Empfang und das ausreichend Toilettenpapier im Badschrank bereit stand (das haben wir auch wieder aufgefüllt).. Spüli, Spüllappen und -schwamm, sowie 2 Geschirrtücher wurden gestellt, 1 Zewarolle war vorhanden und Mülltüten... vom Fahrradhof gab es noch einen zweiten Ausgang, direkt zur Promenade, leider waren die Ausgänge durch Zauntörchen verschlossen, ein Schlüssel dazu wäre nett gewesen!!
