About this apartment rental
Seegatt is located in the residence to the south beach. This elaborately renovated building was completed in September 2017 and is the former Pension Weber. The apartment has two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with pull-out bed in sizes 90x200 and 90x190.
Bathroom with shower and toilet. The residence.- / dining area has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and microwave. All rooms have a TV. Blu-Ray player available in two rooms. LED wall chimney for the cozy hours in the cold season.
Large balcony with a view of the three lighthouses. A car parking is included. In the house there is a large communal sauna, washing machine and dryer for a small fee.
The apartment is in the 1st. Upstairs and accessible by elevator. Underfloor heating and Wi-Fi.

Die Wohnung lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Moderne Einrichtung und endlich mal vernünftige Matratzen. Die Küche hat zwar keinen Backofen, dafür aber eine tolle Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion sowie alles an Geschirr, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Das Sofa nicht durchgesessen sondern sehr bequem, alle drei Fernseher nicht winzig, sondern von mittlerer Größe. Schöner großer Balkon. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Bademäntel werden gestellt.
Fahrstuhl vorhanden, was für meine Mutter mit ihrem Rollator natürlich sehr wichtig war. Auch Parkplätze und ein überdachter Abstellplatz für Fahrräder sind direkt am Haus vorhanden.
Der Innenstadtbereich, die Promenade dort, der Bahnhof und auch der Südstrand mit dem Schwimmbad sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt.
Die Begrüßung durch Frau Begemann war einfach wundervoll, sehr warmherzig und fast schon familiär. Sie bietet eine Erreichbarkeit rund um die Uhr an und wohnt direkt nebenan. Besser geht's wirklich nicht.
Der Kontakt zu Familie Peinemann als Vermieter ist ebenfalls sehr herzlich, auf Fragen wird direkt geantwortet.
Wer den Ausblick auf den sich nebenan befindlichen Friedhof nicht scheut, kann sich hier einfach nur wie zu Hause fühlen.
Wir bedanken uns herzlichst für die schönen Tage in der Südstrandresidenz, Wohnung Seegatt.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden nicht enttäuscht, eher noch gesteigert. Die FeWo ist in allen Belangen perfekt, Modern im Design, komfortabel ausgestattet und absolut gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch einen herzlichen Dank an Frau Begemann für die kompetente, freundliche Betreuung.
