About this house rental
Our holiday home in Graz is situated in a very quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac, bordering the dunes and the spa park with its tidal swimming pool, sauna area, climbing park, and children's playhouse. The beach is only about 300 meters away, and the town center with its many shops is a 5-minute walk.
The house is comfortably furnished and offers 90 square meters of living space for up to four people. The sleeping area is located on the upper floor and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a balcony.
A lovely terrace is located in front of the living area, which features a separate kitchen and a guest toilet.
