Guest Apartment, First Floor (No. 01) - Klähn Guest Apartments

The apartment is directly adjacent to the garden and, as seen from there, is located on the first floor. Due to a slight slope, there are three steps leading up to this level from the street. The apartment consists of a living/sleeping area of about 18 m², a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet. The total living area is approximately 30 m². Outdoor seating is available in the courtyard on the garden side in front of the apartment; smoking is, of course, permitted there. The living/bedroom features two beds placed one behind the other with nightstands, as well as a couch, table, armchair, flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo system, and clock radio. An extra bed for a third person is available upon request. The kitchen features a kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, countertop, and sink, and is otherwise fully equipped (microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc.)



Our charming city villa is located about 1.5 km south of the main train station, making the city center easily accessible on foot or by bike. Shopping options and a bus stop are in the immediate vicinity.
Depending on the size of your vehicle, you can park either on the street across from the house or in a public parking lot located about 50 meters away. A mere 5-minute walk takes you to the Viehburger Gehölz, a beautiful old forest spanning nearly 70 hectares.
In our city villa, we offer two guest apartments: one on the first floor and one on the first floor, both with a view of the garden.



On-site costs: The total rent for both apartments is 50 € per night each for up to two guests. For three guests, the rent is 65 € per night. Final cleaning is included in the rent for stays of at least two nights. For shorter stays, there is a cleaning surcharge of 20 €. Special rates apply during Kiel Week.
