45-square-meter vacation apartment for up to 3 people in a farmhouse

We run an organic farm with cows, calves, horses, rabbits, cats, and guinea pigs. Our farm is located in the small mountain village of Eggersberg (a district of Lohberg) at an elevation of 670 meters, at the foot of the Osser, surrounded by beautiful meadows and forests. With a breathtaking view of the surrounding Bavarian Forest mountains, you can leave your everyday worries behind. Families and seniors are always welcome guests at our farm. Children can watch the milking, help feed and care for the animals, take the calves out to pasture in the summer, go horseback riding, ride along on the tractor, and much more. We have pedal cars, table soccer, a playground with a sandbox, a swing, a slide, a trampoline, and a playhouse. Because when kids are happy, parents can enjoy their vacation! Winter sports enthusiasts will also find excellent conditions here. The Scheiben cross-country skiing center is just a 10-minute drive away, and the Arber ski area is 15 minutes from the farm. When snow conditions are good, the Eggersberg-Scheiben cross-country ski trail is groomed. The 45-square-meter vacation rental accommodates 2–3 people. It’s located on the first floor and features a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, couch, and TV, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a changing table or high chair. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Bed linens and towels are provided in the vacation rental. Garden furniture and lounge chairs are also available. We offer our guests free Wi-Fi access. We’re also happy to provide a bread roll delivery service and fresh milk daily. The price includes all utilities, hand and bath towels, bed and kitchen linens, Wi-Fi, baby equipment, a crib, safety rails, blackout blinds, a nightlight, a high chair, a hand blender, children’s cutlery and dishes, a changing table and pad, a step stool, and a toilet seat. Fresh milk is also provided daily. Horseback riding and campfires with bread on a stick are available from Easter through November. A “stable certificate” for our little farmers, a farm tour, and helping out in the barn are sure to make the children happy. The visitor’s tax is charged separately. Check-in is available from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. One dog is allowed for a fee of 7.00 EUR per day.
