About this apartment rental
This former farmhouse, which underwent a complete renovation in 2021, is located on a mound in the historic center of the tranquil village of Pogum. Less than 1.5 km away lies the old fishing village of Ditzum, with its harbor and restaurants. The Ems dike, just 100 meters away, and the Dollart Route invite you to take walks and bike rides along the "Wadden Sea National Park."
Our vacation home features two separate apartments on the first floor and top floor, which can also be booked together.
Vacation Apartment #2 (Top Floor)
The top-floor apartment, approximately 70 square meters in size, is accessed via a separate entrance. It is designed for two people and features an open-concept living/dining area with access to the balcony. From here, you’ll enjoy a great view of the Ems dike. The bedroom is furnished with a 180x200m box-spring bed. The adjoining bathroom features a large shower. This apartment also includes a garden terrace with seating, perfect for barbecuing.
Since 2020, the municipality of Jemgum has been collecting a visitor’s tax.
During the high season (April 1–September 30), the tax is €2 per night per person; during the low season, it is €1.50 per night per person.

Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Wer seine Ruhe haben möchte ist hier sehr sehr sehr gut aufgehoben.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und saubere FEWO, die unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Wir suchten eine Entschleunigung vom Alltag, Ruhe und Erholung sowie Möglichkeiten zum Radfahrern. All das haben wir gefunden und sind daher rundherum zufrieden.
