About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is located on the first floor. The house is in a traffic-calmed area at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Within walking distance, you’ll find the following:
220 m to the bus stop. 300m to a restaurant with a beer garden. 600m to the Ems Side Canal. 750m to the Ems dike.
On the upper floor of the house is a quiet planning office (open Mon–Fri, 8 a.m.–4 p.m.).
The vacation rental was completely renovated and refurnished at the end of 2023.
There are 12 sets of plates, cups, cutlery, etc. in the kitchen.
You don’t need to load and unload the dishwasher every day.
Emden’s city center is approximately 6 km away.
Here you’ll find the Ottohuus, Ratsdelft, the lightship, the museum with its armory, and much more.
The Ems Barrier is about 3.5 km away. The ferry across the Ems to Ditzum is about 1.2 km away.
Within a radius of about 4 km, you’ll find a savings bank, restaurants, bakeries, a gas station, supermarkets, and the outdoor pool.
