Das Holen und Abgeben der Schlüssel fanden wir umständlich, wir buchten zum ersten Mal eine Wohnung bei ihnen. Schlüsselempfang und Abgabe vor Ort fänden wir als wesentliche Erleichterung.

Leider können wir für die Wohnung nur 4 Sterne vergeben. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sind viel zu weich oder schon durchgelegen. Ich wiege 75 kg und wenn ich mich auf das Bett gelegt habe, hat die Matratze nachgeben und rechts und links bog sich Matratze nach oben. Bei meiner Frau gab es das gleiche Problem. Nach einer Nacht haben wir uns entschieden das Schlafsofa für den Rest des Urlaubs zu nutzten. Das Schlafsofa war zwar auch nicht so bequem, aber besser als das Bett. Mit vernüftigen Matratzen hätten wir 5 Sterne vergeben.
