The beautiful non-smoking apartment with balcony (1st OG) is centrally located and the beach with the promenade can be reached in a few minutes on foot (approx. 5 minutes). The city center with its shops can also be reached quickly on foot (approx. 3 minutes). The modern apartment with three rooms for up to 4 people has an underground parking space. The kitchen has a stove (ceramic hob), oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. In the children's room there is a bunk bed next to a small closet.
In addition, the apartment has of course all household appliances (TV, coffee maker, kettle, etc.).
The apartment has sophisticated media equipment. In addition to the flat screen with DVB-T reception, this also includes a game console.
