Our spacious, family-friendly, comfortable newly renovated apartment is located on the 1st floor of a quiet MfH.
The apartment is in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac without motor vehicle traffic.
In just a few minutes you can reach the main bathing beach, the dog beach and the spa center.
All shops, doctor and pharmacy as well as restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes and flat-screen TV in each room, a bathroom with shower / toilet and a living room with dining area and kitchenette.
A highlight is the large window front to the balcony.
The sunny balcony with seating invites you to linger (including awning).
The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
A garage is also available.
Children can easily play on the property and on the street, as there is no vehicle traffic due to the quiet cul-de-sac location.
The facility is in a very good condition and is extremely quiet.
The apartment has been awarded 4 stars by the tourism association and is extremely popular with our guests.

Bei wunderschönem Wetter durften wir eine herrliche Woche in Grömitz verbringen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur 10 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Hundestrand oder um am Deich spazieren zu gehen. Wir danken für die schöne Zeit.

Wir hatten 1 schöne Woche an der Ostsee und die Wohnung hat ihren Teil dazu beigetragen. Geschmackvolle, moderne Einrichtung, ruhige und gute Lage (zum Hundestrand und zur Promenade keine 10 Minuten) sowie sehr sauber. Schöne Terrasse mit Abendsonne. Der steile Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung ist mit Kleinkind und Gepäck etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Abwicklung war sehr angenehm und total unbürokratisch.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht und noch viel mehr! Gerade mit Kindern ein Traum...mega viele Bücher und Spiele für die Kids in der Wohnung vorhanden. Strandnähe perfekt und ruhig gelegen...sehr gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne, saubere Wohnung. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der hundestrand liegt nur knapp 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
