This was easily the best Villa we have rented in the Puerto Banus (Marbella) area.
Booking and check in were all east and well professionally handled.
The Villa itself was modern and well equipped. Good size rooms with plenty of single beds; large terrace area and pool with loungers, top of the range BBQ, air conditioning in each room.
Location : From the Villa to the popular Breathe/La Sala area is a 10min walk, and another 10mins walk down to the main port area.
Check out also very easy and efficient.
Would highly recommend for groups of friends 8-10.

Pros: Amazing property - everything new and perfect- plenty of space - Tv had all the channels and was connected to powerfull Internet which was great to everyone at the same time . Great clean pool. Great communicaton from the owners and had questions we had were answered straight away, few minuttes walk to Banus, shops, restaurants. Will 100% stay again next year!
