The apartment features a cozy living and dining area with a comfortable sleeper sofa (120 x 200 cm), perfect for relaxing evenings or as an extra sleeping space. The dining area is designed to seat four people and opens onto the fully equipped kitchenette—perfect for self-catering.
In the separate bedroom, you’ll find a cozy double bed that invites you to relax after a day full of adventures. The apartment features allergy-friendly flooring, ensuring a pleasant and health-conscious stay.
The bright bathroom with a shower and toilet, featuring a window, offers modern amenities and comfort. On the furnished balcony, you can enjoy fresh air and tranquility.
No need to worry about parking—a private parking space in the garage is reserved for you. A special highlight for our guests is the free swimming pool as well as the spacious sauna area with a Finnish sauna and a new infrared sauna—ideal for moments of relaxation. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, just a two-minute walk from the magnificent sandy beach in Döse, the Kormoran apartment building (equipped with a swimming pool, Finnish sauna, and new infrared sauna*) offers the perfect blend of relaxation and comfort.
Our individually furnished apartments are easily accessible via an elevator, and all feature southwest-facing balconies for relaxing in the sun. For added convenience, washing machines and dryers are available for a small fee. In addition, each apartment has its own designated parking space.
The modernized sauna area, featuring a Finnish sauna, a new infrared sauna, and an additional reading room, invites you to relax and unwind—a real bonus for a restful vacation any time of year.
The location of Haus Kormoran is ideal: nearby you’ll find shopping options, a selection of restaurants, and bus stops for lines 1006 and 1007.
Nature and leisure enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby spa park with its large adventure playground and zoo, as well as the heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach. The Spielkogge at the Döse Beach House is also just a few minutes away—perfect for families.

Schönes, modern hergerichtetes Appartement mit guter Größe für max. 4 Personen. Super Ausstattung! Top-Lage in Cuxhaven Döse - direkte Strandnähe, man wohnt sehr für sich im Appartement-Haus Kormoran und in der „Cuxkoje“ hat man eine kleine geschützte Terrasse im Grünen.
Alles in allem ist es dort sehr gemütlich, wir kommen gerne wieder und haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Danke!!
