Eine tolle Lage für uns, unseren kleinen Sohn und unseren Labrador - Hundestrand und Spielplatz direkt gegenüber. Ruhige Lage inReihe mit Südbalkon und zum Bäcker keine 100m.

Schöne Wohnung, Südbalkon (Richtung Stadtpark), perfekte Lage, direkt am Strand und Spielplatz, großzügiges Schlafzimmer. Kinderzimmer für zwei Kinder ein bisschen eng (Tür öffnet nur noch einen Spalt, wenn Ausziehbett ausgezogen). Kein Geschirrspüler.

Im dritten Stock ohne Fahrstuhl und der Parkplatz ist ziemlich weit entfernt, das ist nichts für ältere Menschen.

Saubere kleine Ferienwohnung, der es bis auf einen Geschirrspüler und W-lan an nichts fehlt.
Die Lage ist perfekt ( Bäcker nebenan, Strand gegenüber, Spielplatz in Sicht).
