Ein schönes Appartement, gemütlich und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch super. Alle Geräte funktionstüchtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Möbel sind in einem schlechten Zustand, verschrammt u.abgeblättert. Abgerissene Halterungen an den Gardinen. Der Teppich ist voller Flecken, ausgefranst, schmutzgrau und hat Stolperfallen. Der Backofen hat große angebrannte Stellen. Die Dielen auf dem Balkon haben große Löcher und Schadstellen. Defekter Sonnenschirm liegt achtlos auf d. Boden
