Die Lage ist Zentral. Zum Strand sind es nur 250 Meter und Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nachteil ist der Lieferverkehr am Morgen wenn die Geschäfte in der Fussgängerzone beliefert werden. Es ist laut! Praktisch ist die Tiefgarage und der Fahrradraum. Arcachon ist sehr Fahrradfreundlich. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind bequem. Es fehlte 1 großer Topf und Bedienungsanleitungen. Einiges Inventar ist jedoch schon abgenutzt. Z. B. waren die Balkonstühle durchgesessen.

le sol et le four était sales. le lave vaisselles ne fonctionnait pas. le réparateur est venu 2 jours avant notre départ.
