Would you like to be in the center of Arcachon, right next to the famous market and 5 minutes walk away from the main beach, while being in a quiet place?
It's at the Regatta that you will have to stay !
Beautiful flat of about 65M2 entirely renovated, which can welcome 4 persons, with terrace,
two beautiful rooms giving onto a patio, ideally located in the hypercentre of Arcachon,
The flat is located 150 meters from the beach of Arcachon, near the Thiers pier, in the heart of the city and almost at the corner of the famous market place and all amenities, including the station at 10 minutes walk.
Located on the 1st floor with lift of a well-to-do and secure residence, access by beep and code for the lift, the Regatta is composed as follows:
- Very nice and bright living room opening onto the terrace, carefully decorated, zen and cozy atmosphere.
Open kitchen fully equipped, fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, lounge area with sofa, television
The central island has been arranged in a functional and friendly way as a dining area for 4 people

Pleasant sheltered terrace on the street to enjoy a breakfast in the sun, and to have dinner quietly when returning from the beach,
around the table
- At the back, 2 double bedrooms opening onto a small private courtyard
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, washing machine, towel dryer

- Large cupboards in the entrance
The Regatta is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Arcachon and will of course be prepared for your arrival.
You will be greeted on site by a member of our team who will introduce you to the flat and its operation, and give you lots of addresses and things to do, as there is so much to discover on the Bay!
The Cocoonr charter, is a personalized welcome, beautiful properties, the quality of our services, coffee on your arrival, different kinds of tea, condiments, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, some washing machine and washing machine tablets, to start your stay without stress!
Sheets, towels, carpets and quality tea towels are provided, of course the flat will be prepared on your arrival, and your beds made.
Transportation :
- Arcachon train station 10 minutes' walk, trains every hour, 50-minute journey from Bordeaux
- Bordeaux airport 68.3 km away (52 minutes by car)
-Hôtel de Ville underground parking lot takes you directly to Les Halles, 1 minute from your home.
NB: No private parking available for this apartment, Halles parking lot 1mn away.
Important to know : No private parking with this flat.

Le Regatta "Fab apartment in the Centre of Arcachon
🙂 Excellent location, in the centre of Arcachon. You are close to everything. Near all of the beautiful shops and great selection restaurants, close to the golden sandy beach. There is a daily market in the square close by . The apartment is well equipped with comfortable beds and pillows. The bedrooms are to the back and both rooms open out onto a small terrace and it is very quiet at night. The balcony at the front looks out onto a pretty street with shops. We loved to sit on the balcony with our morning coffee and watch the world go by. Perfect location 👌
🙁 If you are driving to Arcachon parking free parking is not provided by the property. We had to put the car in the car park which is nearby and cost €30 per day . There are also no side streets close by with free parking. It is important to know if you are driving from Bordeaux airport. The apartment does not have air con. There was only 1 fan , and we requested a 2nd fan, which was provided and made out stay in the apartment very comfortable 😀"

Le Regatta 🙂 We were met and shown around the accommodation on arrival. The communication beforehand with the host organisation was excellent. The location was superb - so close to the beach, supermarket, bakery, shops and restaurants. The restaurant and cafe recommendations provided by the accommodation were really great. It is a lovely apartment, very comfortable and secure.
