The 3-room corner apartment No. 8, with a separate kitchen and balcony, is located on the mezzanine level of the "Nautilus" building and offers a direct view of the Wadden Sea—a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site—as well as the International Shipping Route. The apartment is divided into a living room, kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with a box-spring bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Amenities include, among other things, a refrigerator, electric stove with ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and a flat-screen TV. Of course, the apartment also features free Wi-Fi and a numbered parking space.
