About this apartment rental
Casa Oliva faces southwest and is perched on a terrace overlooking the sea. The modern villa is located approximately 100 meters above the small town center.
The villa features two adjacent vacation apartments on the garden level—
Vista Mar 1 and Vista Mar 2—that offer an exceptionally high level of comfort.
Vista Mar 2, described here, has an area of approximately 50 m². It features a bedroom with a king-size bed (2 blankets), a wardrobe, and a large window overlooking the garden, offering a view of the Atlantic Ocean through the flowers.
The spacious living-dining room is furnished with a large sofa that converts into a bed. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave.
The dining table seats up to 4 people. The large patio door, which also serves as the entrance to the apartment, creates the impression of living in a garden overlooking the ocean.
From the patio in front of the apartment, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the flower-filled garden with tropical plants and the Atlantic Ocean.
You can enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace, as well as from the various seating areas in the pool area.
Once the evening sun has sunk into the sea and the panorama of Arco Bay has given way to darkness, the Panorama apartment and the outdoor area are warmly illuminated by various light sources.
The town’s lights and the beautifully illuminated church tower also cast a warm glow upward.
The large pool area is shared by the Vista Mar 1 and 2 apartments and the spacious Panorama apartment on the upper floor of Casa Oliva.

We had a lovely welcome from Rosa and our stay was very pleasant throughout. Parking facilities on site. Great to have the use of the pool. Full kitchen facilities. Comfy bed. Martin the host was very communicative. Located in the sunniest part of island. Outstanding views. Five star review.

A real nice and large apartment with good outside shade at the terrace. Large sleeping room and living room. Everything seemed updated. Quick answerring from the owner and a helpful staff. We had a wonderful time here.

Good: spectacular view, good communication with owner and property manager, spacious accommodations, nice deck and pool, dedicated parking, good water pressure and temperatures
Bad: upkeep needs much improvement - uncomfortable bed and bedding, dated furnishings, non functional hair dryer, lack of soap or laundry detergent, key did not work well and below standard security, noisy roosters in adjoining property, thin walls / noise from other suites especially above
Ugly: prevalent ant problem - ants were found entering bathroom, kitchen counter, but most notably the dining table despite no food sources being present - must have killed 100+ over the week
