Wonderful panorama, quiet area, clean home, spacious and the owner very nice. The cat was the best, we honestly miss him :)
Heating would have been needed because it was a little cold even during the day and the natural air drying of the washed clothes took long and it were still damp and not so great smell.

If you're nervous around dogs, be aware there are three on the property. They were generally friendly but one can be a bit territorial

Tolle Gastgeberin, die selbst im Erdgeschoss wohnt und super gastfreundlich ist und ihre geräumige Dachgeschoss-Wohnung vermietet ( Menschen über 170cm müssen sich an den Dachseiten etwas bücken) Ruhige normale Wohngegend, auf 2 Terrassen kann man weite Aussicht aufs Meer unten genießen Die drei kleinen Hunde der Vermieterin im Erdgeschoss sind sehr nett, so dass uns ihr kurzes gelegentliches Gebelle nicht störte
Das kleine Bad ist gut für wendige Leute

Groot appartement met veel voorzieningen en een ruim balkon.
Sinds oktober 2025 zijn er bouwwerkzaamheden direct naast het huis wat geluidsoverlast veroorzaakt van maandag tot en met zaterdag van 8.30 tot 18.00 uur. Het ziet er naar uit dat dit nog wel maanden gaat duren. Ook is het een gehorig appartement en ik hoorde snachts veel geluiden van het appartement eronder (deuren slaan, harde stemmen) De douche heeft een hele slappe straal waar amper water uitkomt. Veel schuine plafonds wat soms wat onhandig is.
