sehr moderne, saubere und funktionale Souterrain Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist auf neuestem Stand und gepflegt. Schöne Terasse. Obwohl die Wohnung durch die Lage insgesamt etwas dunkel wirkt, haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Zeit auf Juist und in dieser Wohnung war super schön. Einzig die Probleme rund um die Abwassertechnik (Gerüche und Rückstau im Bad) waren ein nicht zu verschweigender Negativpunkt. Die dann folgenden Baumaßnahmen im Fahrstuhl waren da das kleinere Übel. Alles in allem jedoch haben wir die eZeit auf Juist und in dieser Wohnung genossen!
