- außergewöhnlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

- es gibt keine ernsthaften Kritikpunkte. Wenn man etwas „kritisieren“ möchte, dann das ein Besen in der Unterkunft „gefehlt“ hat, mit dem zwischendurch die Wohnung einmal von Sand und Hund befreit werden kann. Wir haben aber auch nicht danach gefragt, sodass es durchaus möglich ist, dass im Flur ein Gemeinschaftsbesen vorhanden gewesen wäre. Das Kehrblech tat es dann auch :)
