Die Lage ist im Zentrum, Bäcker gleich nebenan, zum Strand nur ein paar Gehminuten, Supermarkt und andere Geschäfte sofort zu Fuß erreichbar. Hafen in der Nähe, Blick zum Deich von den Dachfenstern.

Der Balkon ist für 4 Personen viel zu klein, es stehen dort nur 4 kleine Stühle und ein Tischchen, zum Essen nicht geeignet. Die Betten viel zu schmal, ein Badezimmer sehr klein, für die Handtücher kein Platz, durch die Bäckerei Remmers eine starke Geräuschentwicklung der Lüftungsanlagen, Küchenzeile mit zwei Kochplatten und keiner Ablage für 4 Personen zu klein, das Dachgeschoss leider nur für "Minimäuse" geeignet, Erwachsene müssen die Köpfe einziehen.
