About this apartment rental
The Südwind vacation home was newly built in 2022 using high-quality materials (a textured, artificially aged brick clinker facade, energy-efficient insulation, and underfloor heating with light-colored, marble-look porcelain tiles). It is centrally located yet in a quiet residential street.
Apartment 1 (53 square meters) is on the first floor (barrier-free) and features 1 bedroom (14 square meters) with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), 1 living room with a fully equipped corner kitchen (28.5 sqm) (including a dishwasher; Bosch and Siemens appliances), with an extra bed (140×200 cm) available upon request, as well as a bathroom with an accessible shower. The approximately 18-square-meter terrace faces south (with a lockable fence for e-bikes and an outdoor electrical outlet). Towels and bed linens are provided free of charge. Check-in times are flexible thanks to a key safe.
