About this villa rental
How about enjoying the beautiful sunset over the Gulf of Cagliari with a cool drink in a comfortable lounge chair? Or would you rather take advantage of the last rays of sunshine to splash around in the pool in a private setting and watch the sunset over the sea from there?
You can experience all this and more at our “Casa Conigli,” which we use ourselves but also offer for rent.
If you decide to spend the day in and around the house, we have plenty to offer:
bright and spacious rooms, modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and four bedrooms (two of which have bunk beds)—all equipped with air conditioning.
The house features a terrace that wraps around three sides, as well as a garden. Here, you’ll find a spot in the sun or shade at any time of day. Since the house faces west, you can enjoy a breathtaking sunset over the Gulf of Cagliari every evening.
The absolute highlight, of course, is the private (unheated) infinity pool (4x8m) with an outdoor shower, which also offers a view of the sea and provides a cool refreshment at any time.

The property is very clean and well appointed and sits in a wonderful area with a lovely view of the sea. The area was very quiet (except for some lively frogs) and felt like quite a safe space with the gated neighborhood.The hosts were always quick to respond to any questions and were excellent about offering advice on where to go. The suggested restaurants and beaches in the house book were all huge hits that we really enjoyed.

Nestled along the serene coastline, our recent stay at the breathtaking sea view villa was nothing short of magical.
With its panoramic vistas and modern interiors, it offered the perfect blend of luxury and coastal charm. The private terraces was a highlight, overlooking a private pool and providing breathtaking views of the sea. Whether savoring a morning cup of coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine at sunset, the vista never failed to captivate our senses.
The villa's amenities were top-notch, fast wifi, and David's hospitality was impeccable. Overall, it was a truly unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to return.

The house is perfect for a summer vacations, it fits perfectly 8 persons, but the wi-fi is too slow and since the TV has only internet channels most of the times the channels freezed and was very hard to follow the content.
