About this house rental
This fully furnished vacation home offers plenty of space for up to 6 people, with 84 m² of living space spread over 2 floors in 3 bedrooms.

On the first floor, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and a desk.
A large living room with a corner sofa, coffee table, and dining set consisting of a table with 4 chairs (additional chairs can be added).
Hallway with a coat rack, bathroom with shower, washer, dryer, and hair dryer.
A small storage room with an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, clothes drying rack, and other supplies such as buckets, a hand brush, and a broom are also available.
The comfortable kitchen features an electric stove with range hood and oven, a large fridge-freezer combo, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Small appliances include a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, as well as plenty of cutlery and dishes.
Upstairs, there are 2 large bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, 1 closet, and 1 desk. The single beds can be arranged together or separately as desired. There is enough space to set up a crib. (We will provide this free of charge if needed).
Terrace approx. 12 square meters, as well as a large lawn for sunbathing, patio furniture, a grill, and parking space for a car
This beautifully situated vacation home is located in the Papenburg Vacation Home Park and serves as an ideal base year-round for a relaxing, active, and eventful vacation in the northern Emsland and East Frisian regions.
At the Ferienhauspark administration office, you’ll receive your keys, information materials, and maps, as well as tips about your vacation home and the region upon request. The staff will be happy to assist you with advice and support.
A kiosk for small purchases is also available.
Here you can find both chilled and hot beverages, wine, sweets, ice cream, and toiletries.

The house is located in the Ferienhauspark Papenburg. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find many sports and recreational opportunities, including the Demonstration Forest—an approximately 60-hectare nature education forest—an 18-hole golf course, and tennis courts, as well as numerous biking and hiking trails, all inviting you to enjoy a carefree vacation. The entire vacation home area is located in the Obenende neighborhood, sheltered by tall trees, a forest, and a canal. It is accessible only via a dead-end road. Despite the tranquility, it is only about 1,000 meters to the district center, with all its shopping options. From here—or even directly from the vacation home—you can enjoy extended bike rides and hikes through Papenburg’s beautiful canal landscape.
