This upper-floor vacation apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), a double bedroom (double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m with 2 mattresses), and a crib (0.70 x 2.00 m), a multi-bed room with a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and a single bed/bunk bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m). The single bed/bunk bed referred to here consists of one bed and an additional bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m) that can be pulled out of the bed frame. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a walk-in shower, and two sinks. The maximum occupancy of 9 people (8 adults and 1 baby/toddler up to 3 years old free of charge) is calculated on the basis that two people sleep in each of the 1.40-wide beds/sleep sofas. 
The landlord requires a security deposit of 150.00 €.
