Pool house, terrace, roofed, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 850 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 850 m, bus stop "XIV juillet" 150 m, sandy beach "Le Grand Crohot" 12 km. Nearby attractions: Plage Arès sur le Bassin d'Arcachon 100 m. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 3 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC and TV. Exit to the garden. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower, sep. WC. Gas heating. Small terrace partly roofed, large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). We really enjoyed staying at Villa Glamys!
Outdoor living is perfected with the beautiful deck with a large covered table and a lovely pool.
The close proximity to the beach du bassin was lovely for walking the dog. We cycled to Andernos and other villages .
Ares is a very friendly village with everything for a wonderful summer holiday especially the Oyster Cabanes walking distance and the gorgeous La plage de Grand Crohot only 15 min drive away .
