About this house rental
Casa Pico is approximately 54 square meters in size and designed to accommodate two people.
The very well-equipped kitchen features a 4-burner gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a kettle, a capsule coffee maker, and a French press.
The living/dining room, which includes the kitchen, has a small gas heater that provides warmth on cool days.
The separate bedroom, with its large built-in closet, has two beds that can be placed together or, upon request, separated. If the beds are separated, we can place a folding screen between them to provide a little more privacy.
The large shower room with a window is equipped with plenty of towels and, of course, a hair dryer.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. In addition, a DVD player with countless movies, a stereo system, music CDs, audiobooks, various games, and a diverse library provide plenty of variety during your vacation.
From the large covered terrace, you have a uniquely beautiful view of the garden and can even catch a glimpse of the sea.

Karen and Steffen are exceptional hosts and warmly welcomed us to our well-appointed lodging at Quinta Perpetua. We had everything we needed for a self-catering vacation, including a detailed guide to touring Graciosa. The property is so beautiful, and our house had a private porch that looked out onto the well-kept garden. The location is ideal - right down the road from a trail to the Caldeira and a few minutes from shopping and cafes. We felt right at home immediately and will be back!
