Schöne helle Wohnung mit einem herrlichen Blick über den Kniepsand und das Meer. Ansprechende Möblierung und gute Raumaufteilung mit einem sehr schönen Bad.
Anzumerken ist, dass die Oberflächen der Küchenschränke zum Teil erhebliche Schlieren aufwiesen. Dies konnte durch eigene Reinigung behoben werden.
