Complex:

The *Strand Residenz Amrum* apartment building is a modern vacation complex with a total of approximately 27 vacation apartments for 2 to 4 people. Each unit has at least one balcony or terrace; some even have two balconies. The view extends either across Nordstrand Beach and the Wadden Sea to Amrum’s marina, the ferry terminal, and the neighboring island of Föhr, or toward the lively seaside resort of Wittdün.

The building was recently completely renovated. Special attention was paid to ensuring that access to all units is as barrier-free as possible. An elevator is just as much a given here as step-free access to all common areas.

Its central and direct beachfront location makes this complex a very popular vacation destination.
