Sehr schöne Ausstattung und Lage des Hause. Nur wenige Gehminuten zu Fähre. Einlaufsläden, Cafés etc. ebenso.
Wohnung im Erdgeschoss direkt neben den Mülltonnen. Leider haben andere Bewohner auch noch um 23 Uhr Müll eingeworfen.
