Located in the Timpe building is this beautiful upstairs apartment, measuring approximately 35 square meters and accommodating up to 2 people. The open-concept living area combines the kitchen, dining area, and a sofa corner. The kitchenette includes a dishwasher, a microwave, and an oven. The separate bedroom is bright and sunny, furnished with a double bed (2 mattresses, each measuring 0.80 x 2.00 m). The shower room is also cheerful, decorated in a friendly shade of yellow, and offers plenty of space and a nice shower stall. The attached balcony faces southwest, making it very sunny and beautifully situated for many cozy hours in the sun. Guests are also welcome to use the house’s garden. The Kellenhusen sandy beach is just a quick 5-minute walk away. The owner provides an initial set of bed linens free of charge. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this house.
