About this apartment rental
This beautiful ground-floor apartment, measuring approximately 40 square meters and accommodating up to 2 people, is located in the annex of the Timpe house. The open-concept living area combines the kitchen, dining area, and a cozy sitting area. The kitchenette includes a dishwasher and an oven. The separate bedroom is brightly decorated in a modern style and features a double box-spring bed (topper 180x200). The bathroom is also stylishly designed and features a walk-in shower. The apartment has 2 terraces, one of which is covered. Guests are welcome to use the house’s garden.
Bicycles can be parked directly next to the apartment under the covered terrace.
An initial set of bed linens, 2 dish towels, and 2 bath mats is provided free of charge.
Towels are not included in the price and must be brought along.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Netter Vermieter. Kurze Wege zum Strand und einkaufen.
Gute Ausstattung, liebevoll eingerichtet. Man spürt, daß der Vermieter sich auf seine Gäste freut.

Wir haben vom 22.09.bis 03.10.2022 in Kellenhusen Urlaub gemacht und waren in einer Ferienwohnung der Familie Timpe, vermittelt durch die Agentur Kohlert, untergebracht. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist etwa 5 Gehminuten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen immer wieder gerne zu Timpes Ferienwohnungen !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Alles gut erreichbar. Top Ausstattung, sehr gepflegt, es hat an nichts gefehlt.
