The "Kleiner Ostseetraum" vacation rental is located on the first floor of the building (new construction) and can accommodate up to two adults without children. The approximately 46-square-meter vacation rental consists of a large living room with a kitchen area, a bedroom, a hallway, and a bathroom. We offer free Wi-Fi. You are welcome to use two bicycles free of charge by arrangement; a lockable bike storage box is available for your use.
The modern kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a Senseo pad machine, an egg cooker, a kettle, and a toaster.
The bathroom, which features natural light, has a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet. A hair dryer and a makeup mirror are also provided.
The bedroom features a double bed, two nightstands with lighting, a large wardrobe, and a spacious shoe cabinet.
The 55-inch TV in the living room is perfect for cozy TV nights on the L-shaped couch.
The apartment features electric exterior blinds, heated floors, and a ventilation system. The entire apartment has ceramic flooring, making it particularly suitable for people with allergies. We provide bed linens free of charge; the beds are, of course, made upon your arrival.

To enjoy the evening sun after an eventful day of vacation, you’ll find a small lounge set with a parasol and your own beach chair on your terrace and the adjoining sunbathing area.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
We look forward to welcoming you as our guest.
