Villa Gul is a lovely 2 bedroomed property with sauna room and private pool.
Located in the Old Town of Kalkan, a mere 2-minute walk from the shops and rooftop restaurants. And just a further 2 minutes from the beach and harbour areas. Although the villa is in a fantastic central location, the outside areas are secluded and peaceful with small private pool, sunbeds and dining area to seat 4 guests

Inside, there is a spacious open plan living area and modern kitchen equipped with all of your kitchen appliances including a fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, kettle, toaster and microwave. The cosy lounge area is furnished with comfortable lounge seating, air-conditioning, LCD TV and a coffee table and has direct access to the courtyard style pool area with outside dining
First floor / Bedrooms
Bedroom 1- Double Master bedroom with En suite and stand-alone jacuzzi. Furnished with full length mirror wardrobe, vanity table, air-conditioning, bed-side tables and night lights plus access to balcony with views over Kalkan Old town and bay
