About this villa rental
Villa Sonbahar is a lovely 3 en-suite bedroom family villa in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. Spread over three floors it has a large gradient pool, and a lovely shaded garden area with fragrant plants and trees, just perfect for relaxing in.
Sonbahar is nestled on a hillside of the Taurus Mountain backdrop just above the D400 with super sea views over Kalkan, and just a 15-minute walk from the centre, this property has become a popular choice for families, couples and friends.
Ground Floor
On the ground floor is the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area opening out on the poolside. The lounge area is comfortably furnished and includes the use of CD player, DVD and amazon fire stick. The kitchen-diner has been newly fitted and is fully equipped with all the essentials including a dining table & chairs that comfortably seats 6 people.
First Floor
The first floor has 2 en-suite bedrooms, that open on to a shared balcony with wonderful views of the sea and the islands.
Top Floor
The roof-top bedroom is en-suite and patio doors open onto a roof terrace with sofa seating, allowing you to watch those beautiful sunsets and stunning sea views and of Kalkan Bay. All rooms have air conditioning. Please note that this room has a slanted ceiling and height restrictions may apply.

Bedroom 2 – Twin (can be converted to double bed) en-suite bedroom with sea and mountain view shared balcony.

Outside
Outside there is a large private gradient pool, terrace with six sun loungers and parasols. The shaded veranda terrace, which is gated is ideal for young children. It also has a table and chairs for Al-fresco dining plus a BBQ. It's a great area in the summer to watch the sun go down. Surrounding the villa is a shaded garden with lovely plants and trees, and provides quite a high degree of privacy from neighbouring villas.

First time in this area of kalkan as usually stay other side. Excellent villa and pool always kept clean every day. Villa had everything you needed and Paige was always there for any problems.

Really enjoyed staying in this lovely villa. The location is perfect and the views are amazing. The pool is a good size and the villa is exactly like the photos, tasteful decor and very clean. The town is within walking distance and short taxi ride back. We found Samira Resort useful for exchanging money and local for drinks. We also loved the little black and white cat who visited us daily.
